Narrowing the field of play.

I've decided on a school in Holland. The University of Leiden near the coast of the North Sea...about 15min. commuter train ride South of Amsterdamn. The school is one of the oldest in Europe with foundation in the 1500's. I want to get an MSc. in Public Administration and Public Affairs. I won't make term this year because of Iraq but contacted the Dutch Embassy here via email and hope they have some suggestions for living and working there before next years term. We shall see.
